Crystal bracelets use genuine natural stones — not glass or synthetic replicas. All products are energized (Prana-Pratishtha) through Vedic mantras and rituals by our certified temple priests before dispatch.

For an accurate Kundali (birth chart) analysis, you need to provide: your full name, date of birth, exact time of birth (from birth certificate if available), and place of birth (city, state, country). The more precise the birth time, the more accurate the predictions.

Yes, absolutely. During the checkout process, you can enter the names and Gotra (ancestral lineage) of all family members to be included in the live Sankalpa chant. Our priests will personally mention each name and Gotra during the ritual, channeling the divine blessings directly to them.

Our standard Vedic Astrology consultation is 45–60 minutes. Comprehensive Kundali analysis sessions run 75–90 minutes. Quick Direct Consultations for specific questions are 20–30 minutes. All sessions are conducted via secure video call and can be recorded for your reference (with prior consent).

To energize your crystal bracelet at home: place it in direct sunlight for 4–6 hours or full moonlight overnight. Hold it in cupped palms, set your intention clearly, and chant the associated deity mantra 108 times. Cleanse monthly with running water or salt water (for non-water-sensitive stones). Shivans delivers all bracelets pre-energized with Vedic Prana-Pratishtha rituals.

For consultations: Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before session. 50% refund if cancelled within 24 hours. No refund for no-shows. For physical products: We accept returns within 7 days if items are damaged during transit — contact us with photos within 48 hours of receipt.
